Prior to establishing Rubin & Wohl in 1990 which is now Rubin, Ehrlich & Buckley, he was associated with the
Philadelphia-based law firm of Cohen, Shapiro, Polisher, Shiekman & Cohen in the real estate and commercial
finance department. Mr. Rubin’s practice is concentrated in the areas of lender representation, land use, real estate
and environmental law. His background includes representation of clients involved in conduit lending/securitization,
commercial mortgage finance and representation of loan servicers. A portion of his practice is also devoted to the
purchase, sale and lease of environmentally sensitive property. Riccardo D. Ventresca was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1985. Prior to joining the firm of Rubin, Ehrich & Buckley, Mr. Ventresca worked with several national title insurance companies on a consulting basis dealing specifically with the underwriting, negotiation, closing and issuance of multi-million dollar commercial loan title insurance policies. Additionally, his transactional experience includes working with national and regional shopping mall developers with regard to the acquisition and sales transactions, commercial loan refinancing, lease negotiations and securitized loans. He represents both borrowers and lending institutions in loan workouts and restructuring of real estate business asset loans, negotiating and closing of real estate acquisition, refinance and construction loans. Mr. Ventresca is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Section) and the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. He is a graduate of Villanova University Law School and Villanova University.
Mr. Grundlock has tried jury cases throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. He devotes his practice
exclusively to litigation. During his over fifteen years of experience handling complex cases of all types, he has been
affiliated with several large law firms operating in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Mr. Grundlock's varied commercial
practice focuses on litigation involving professional malpractice, asset based lending, and title insurance issues. Mr.
Grundlock's experience includes cases in the areas of lender liability, environmental law, insurance coverage, and
significant personal injury. Mr. Lubitz has been engaged in the practice of law in New Jersey for over thirty years. The emphasis of his practice, both during his tenure as general counsel for a large, regional real estate development company and in private practice, has been all phases of commercial real estate, including the formation of ownership entities, zoning, acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of properties for local and regional real estate developers. A substantial part of Mr. Lubitz' real estate practice has involved the rendering of legal advice in connection with redevelopment projects in various cities throughout New Jersey, including the structuring of tax abatement agreements. Additionally, Mr. Lubitz' practice includes commercial litigation. Gloria Buckley devotes her practice to foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Buckley focuses on creditor's rights, and she manages the firm's creditor's rights/foreclosure department. Ms. Buckley also handles the collection of significant debts and judgements. She regularly represents private investors and a variety of commercial and residential lenders in both state and federal courts. Her clients include companies involved in the purchase of pools of performing and non-performing loans. In addition to court proceedings, Ms. Buckley's practice involves loan workouts and the restructuring of indebtedness on behalf of creditors.
Randie's practice has been largely devoted to the area of residential real estate. It is always a great pleasure to
assist those buying and selling homes and attempt to make their transactions as smooth as possible. Her "hands-on"
approach to representing clients is the hallmark of her practice. She believes that each transaction, no matter how big
or how small, deserves the same professional and detailed attention. Charles Przekop represents a broad range of financial institutions engaged in originating, securitizing and servicing commercial mortgage loans. He regularly advises financial institutions in lending activities involving a wide variety of asset classes, including office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily complexes, industrial buildings, retail buildings and hotels. His representation of financial institutions has included loans involving single properties and multi-state multi-site properties. He also represents financial institutions and servicers in restructuring loans, loan modifications, transfers of ownership interests, partial releases of collateral, collateral substitutions and loan assumptions. Bill McConnell represents various financial institutions engaged in the origination and securitization of commercial mortgage loans. Bill represents financial institutions in the closing and documenting of commercial mortgage loans ranging from the uncomplicated to the complex. Bill regularly advises financial institutions in lending activities involving a wide variety of asset classes, including office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily complexes, industrial buildings, retail buildings and hotels. Bill has closed loans and negotiated franchise comfort letters with almost every “big name” hotel chain in the America. Bill’s representation of financial institutions includes loans involving single tenants, multi-state/multi-site properties, tenants in common deals, A/B note structuring, mezzanine financing, and ground leases. |
