Bruce Lubitz represents various real estate developers and general contractors in connection with numerous issues related to commercial real estate. He advises clients on complex commercial real estate developments and land use and zoning issues related thereto. He represents real estate developers in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, financing commercial real estate, negotiating leases with tenants, tenant eviction actions, and agreements with architects, contractors, real estate brokers and joint venture agreements. He also represents general contractors in litigation pertaining to construction and subcontractor issues. Further, he advises clients regarding capital infusion into a project through equity purchases and mezzanine debt. He also represents various lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans and business owners in connection with the purchase and sale of businesses and formation of business entities.
