Bill’s varied commercial litigation practice focuses on matters involving real estate, professional malpractice, title insurance, and corporate disputes. Representative Matters: Represented a lender in the origination of a commercial mortgage loan portfolio involving multiple borrowers with security located in various states. Represented a lender in the origination of a commercial mortgage loan secured by both Borrower’s leasehold interest in one property and fee simple interest in another contiguous property, negotiated ground lease estoppel. Represented a lender in the origination a $20,000,000.00 mortgage loan to a borrower consisting of multiple tenants-in-commons secured by a single tenant. Represented a lender in the origination of a $17,575,000.00 commercial mortgage loan secured by real estate located in seven different locals. Represented a lender in the origination of a commercial mortgage loan that was structured as an A/B Note transaction, the negotiation of the intercreditor agreement between the note holders, and the assignment of the B Note at closing.
