Carlo focuses his practice on commercial real estate, transactional and corporate law. Carlo represents local, regional and national lending institutions in transactions secured by commercial real estate and other business assets. He also regularly represents real estate owners and developers in the purchase, sale, development and financing of various types of commercial property, including retail, office, apartments, industrial, mixed use and vacant land.

 

Prior to joining Rubin Ehrlich Buckley & Przekop PC, Carlo worked as in-house counsel for a commercial lender and a multifamily real estate developer in New Jersey. Carlo’s professional experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to his practice and provides him with the in-depth legal knowledge and practical understanding necessary to protect his clients’ interests without sacrificing the momentum necessary to achieve their goals. Carlo is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
