The firm began with two principals who resigned from large regional firms, and it has grown significantly. In addition to its clients in the field of real estate development and transactions, the firm since its inception has been engaged in the representation of financial institutions concerning real estate related loans and complex commercial litigation. This representation includes many national and local financial institutions, entities engaged in securitized portfolios and the buyers and sellers of real estate. The firm's real estate background has been recognized by national providers of title insurance which have retained the firm to represent them in title related litigation. Rubin, Ehrlich & Buckley's experience along with its ability to provide personal attention to each transaction have resulted in cost effective and responsive representation.
