Representative Cases

Mr. Grundlock has tried jury cases throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. He devotes his practice exclusively to litigation. During his over fifteen years of experience handling complex cases of all types, he has been affiliated with several large law firms operating in New Jersey and Philadelphia.  Mr. Grundlock's varied commercial practice focuses on litigation involving professional malpractice, asset based lending, and title insurance issues. Mr. Grundlock's experience includes cases in the areas of lender liability, environmental law, insurance coverage, and significant personal injury. 

Mr. Grundlock is a member of the Bars of Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey, and he is admitted to most of the federal courts in those jurisdictions, as well. He received a J.D. with cum laude honors from Temple University, a M.A. from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. with cum laude honors from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating from Penn, Mr. Grundlock spent four years in the Military Intelligence branch of the U.S. Army. For three of those years, he served with the Third Armored Cavalry Regiment. Mr. Grundlock resigned his commission as a Captain in 1982.
