Mr. Lubitz has been engaged in the practice of law in New Jersey for over thirty years. The emphasis of his practice, both during his tenure as general counsel for a large, regional real estate development company and in private practice, has been all phases of commercial real estate, including the formation of ownership entities, zoning, acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of properties for local and regional real estate developers.

A substantial part of Mr. Lubitz' real estate practice has involved the rendering of legal advice in connection with redevelopment projects in various cities throughout New Jersey, including the structuring of tax abatement agreements. Additionally, Mr. Lubitz' practice includes commercial litigation.
