Mr. Przekop was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1997. He received his B.B.A. from Western Michigan University and received his J.D. degree with cum laude honors from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. After law school, he was appointed as a Adjunct Professor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. Przekop is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is also therein a member of the Banking Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section.
