Ms. Shegoski concentrates her practice on general business and commercial real estate maters. Since 1988, she has represented clients in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of commercial, industrial and residential properties. She represents client's nationally on complex commerical leasing matters and has appeared before county and municipal agencies regarding environmental, zoning and land use issues. She has represented businesses in the preparation and negotiating of commercial contracts such as construction, confidentiality and employment agreements and has advised clients on structuring joint ventures for the development and marketing of consumer products and the licensing of professional athletic team logos. Ms. Shegoski has developed a breadth of experience shaped by the nature of legal problems faced by her clients.
