Gloria Buckley represents various financial institutions, secondary market loan purchasers, and servicers engaged in exercising a creditor’s rights under loan documents, including foreclosure actions. Her representation of financial institutions, loan purchasers and servicers has involved hundreds of foreclosure actions, collection suits, executions on the assets of debtors, appointments of receivers, deficiency actions and actions in bankruptcy. She has represented creditors in all phases of Chapter 11, 13 and 7 bankruptcy matters.
