We have represented clients in a wide range of developments and zoning issues. This representation includes obtaining approvals of site plans and variances from zoning ordinances, processing and obtaining subdivision approvals, and processing and obtaining other municipal, county and state agency approvals for a wide range of issues related to the development of real estate.

Through our continued conversations with our clients, we obtain an understanding of our clients’ visions and needs in developing real estate and provide cost effective services that meets their visions and needs. Our representation can include reviewing initial site plans and surveys, identifying the applicable municipal, county and other governmental approvals that will be required for a client’s real estate development project, meeting and working with the client’s engineer, surveyor and architect, attend meetings with municipal and county engineers and officials to present and advocate for the client’s real estate development project, prepare and send out required notices to the nearby landowners, process the necessary paper work with the applicable municipality, county and other governmental agencies, and attend meetings with and present the client’s real estate development project to planning boards, boards of adjustments, and other governmental agencies.

After representing a client in obtaining the necessary governmental approvals for the client’s real estate development project, the client can rely on Rubin, Ehrlich, Buckley & Przekop PC to meet their continuing legal needs for the property. This representation can include litigation regarding disputes with contractors, drafting and recording easements, restrictions, condominium documentation and property owner association documentation, drafting and negotiating leases, tenant eviction actions, and negotiating and processing construction and permanent financing for the project.
