Mr. Grundlock heads the litigation department at Rubin, Ehrlich, Buckley & Przekop PC, He has tried jury cases throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. He devotes his practice exclusively to litigation. During over thirty years of handling complex cases of all types, he has been affiliated with several large law firms operating in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Mr. Grundlock’s varied commercial practice focuses on litigation involving real estate, professional malpractice, title insurance, and corporate disputes. His experience includes cases in the areas of foreclosure, creditor’s rights, construction and insurance coverage.
Mr. Grundlock is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, and he is admitted to most of the federal courts in those jurisdictions. He received a J.D. with cum laude honors from Temple University, a M.A. from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. with cum laude honors from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating from Penn, Mr. Grundlock spent four years in the Military Intelligence branch of the U.S. Army. For three of those years, he served with the Third Armored Cavalry Regiment, resigning his commission as a Captain in 1982.
